Welcome to Caldeira Estate, a luxury wine country retreat set on 4.3 private acres of vineyards and olive groves in Livermore Valley, California. Comfortably hosting up to 22 guests, the estate blends resort-style amenities with the intimacy of a private home — ideal for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations.

Inside, you'll find 6 formal bedrooms plus 3 flex spaces, a chef's kitchen, quality linens, and a primary suite with a jetted jacuzzi tub. A private upstairs terrace overlooks the vineyards and valley below. Special rooms are available for the bride and/or groom to prepare, and the grounds offer some of the most photogenic backdrops in wine country.

Outside: a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, pizza oven, and gazebo, surrounded by petite sirah vineyards and manicured lawns. Multiple Fire TVs throughout the house make it easy to watch the big game or unwind after a day of wine tasting, and the upstairs den has a pool table and games for all ages.

We provide a 5% discount for reservations of 1–2 weeks, and a 10% discount for reservations of 2–4 weeks.

We allow gatherings that are previously arranged with the Host, for a fee. Contact our team at Stay Tri-Valley to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll tailor a package to suit your needs.

Corporate Stays:
Let us host your next corporate stay! Our home is equipped with two erasable white boards, flip charts and markers. We are happy to assist you in setting up catering for your important gathering. We offer as-needed cleaning services, so that you can focus on your work!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
